Common Multimedia Presentation System Options

	Annotation Annotation allows the presenter to touch the screen with his/her finger (or stylus) to draw lines and highlight information on the displayed image. This feature is similar to that used by John Madden during football games for illustrating action on still images.
	Built-in PC A built-in PC is a backup for times when presenters don’t have laptops and simply want to use the PC’s USB Ports, or have access to the Internet. The built-in PC also includes: extended USB port to convenient location; power conditioner; additional XGA input port; medical grade (washable/disinfectable) keyboard & mouse (wired); integration hardware/security; and extend network port to I/O panel.
	Wireless Keyboard & Wireless Mouse The wireless keyboard and mouse can be used anywhere in a room for greater flexibility, and is an alternative to, or an addition to the standard wired keyboard and mouse.
	LCD Projector Upgrade Upgrade Nomad’s standard LCD projector to a model that will overcome ambient lighting, or overly bright windows in a room.
	Short-throw or Long-throw Projection Lens Decrease or increase the distance from the projector to the screen with a short-throw or long-throw projection lens.
	Multiple Displays Depending on the physical layout of the room or the desired configuration, Nomad offers a wide variety of options for multiple displays for any room configuration.
	Crestron Remote Management (RoomView™) This option provides infrastructure, programming and support for remote management of the Nomad System through Crestron RoomViewTM. This option is required for each system that is to be RoomViewTM compatible. RoomViewTM software is not included.
	Advanced Power Control Option Provides a master power switch through the Crestron Control System. Timed power-down, power-up events can be automatically triggered for energy savings and enhanced room preparation. This option can also be integrated with RoomViewTM.
	Permanent Base The Permanent Base Option allows the mobile Nomad LT or PD Systems to become permanent. The Nomad System is wheeled onto the permanent base where it slides into precut slots. The base and system are then interlocked to create a permanent solution. The Permanent Base Option improves security and reduces the chance of cable damage due to movement prior to disconnection.
	VGA to Print Package Printer Images displayed through the Nomad System (including annotations) can be printed with the VGA to Print Package Printer. This is an external option and must be placed elsewhere in the room. The XGA signal will be received via computer video cable (HD15 connectors) or Cat5/6 options can be used.
	Microphone Wireless microphone options give the presenter the freedom to be mobile in the courtroom while speaking into a microphone. Nomad offers both hardwired and wireless microphone options to choose from, including a gooseneck microphone, RF lavalier microphone, RF wireless headset microphone and RF handheld microphone.
	Video Conferencing Nomad’s Presentation Systems can be prepared to work seamlessly with your video conferencing equipment. Nomad can adapt to a wide variety of VTC deployments. Free phone consultation is available to assist in defining each customer’s unique needs.
	Rich Media Recording Equipment Capture and record the presenter speaking along with all the material they are presenting with rich media recording equipment. The recording is put on the internet to be viewed from any location at any time by authorized participants. Nomad’s Presentation Systems can be fully integrated with rich media recording equipment, or can alternatively be prepared to work with a customer’s external rich media recording equipment.
	Alternative Wood Grains There are many alternative wood grains and colors to choose from so that a Nomad System blends in well with the interior design of a room.
	Protective Covers Protecting a Nomad System from dust, scratches or from the elements outside as it is moved or stored, is made easy with a protective cover option.
